Just Organik Masoor Malka Split or Pink split lentils has a pretty reddish-orange color in its dried form, but it turns yellow when cooked.
Masoor Malka are basically the split red lentils without the skin. These cook relatively quickly.
After cooking, 'Malka ki dal' seems similar to yellow Moong dal but the two are very different in flavour and texture.
Masoor Malka dal can be cooked with tempering of onions, tomatoes and green chillies, which provides a wonderful flavour to it.
